Pineapple coconut
- ½ cup butter
- 1 ½ c up sugar
- 3 scant cup flour
- 1 cup sweet milk
- 4 egg whites
- 2 teaspoons B.P.
- 1 teaspoon lemon

Dutch cake
- 2 qt. flour
- 2 cup sugar
- 5 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbs butter
Mix all together then add:
- ½ lb seeded raisins, floured
- ½ lb currants
- 1 qt milk
Mix all together and put in 3 loaf pans. Bake about 45 mins in 350 oven. Ice with a thin icing made by mixing conf. sugar, a little butter, and warm milk together.

- 2 ⅔ cup flour
- ⅔ cup sugar
- 1 ⅔ tsp baking powder
- speck salt
- 1 tsp butter
- 2 − 3 oz seeded raisins, floured
- 2 − 3 oz currants
- 1 ⅓ cup milk

Velvet orange chocolate cake
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 ¼ cup sugar
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 cup orange juice
- ½ cup cocoa
- 2 tsp powdered inst. coffee
- 1 ½ cups sifted flour
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder (double acting)
