Cherry cobbler (Grace Ooter)
- ⅔ stick Oleo, melt in Pyrex dish
Sift together:
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 2 ½ teaspoon B.P.
- pinch salt
Pour ¾ cup milk over this mix then pour over butter. Empty 1 can sour cherries into dish. Sprinkle a little sugar over cherries. Dash of cinnamon. Bake 30 to 40 min, 350ºF. Fruit goest to bottom, crust comest to top. I also use apples the same way.
