- 2 tablespoons Oleo
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 6 oz can tuna fish
- 1/2 cups crushed potato chips
- 2/3 fresh mushrooms sliced and salted. Add salt and pepper to taste
Melt Oleo in saucepan, add flour and seasoning and blend well. Add milk gradually, stirring constantly to prevent lumping. Cook mixture over a low flame, until mixture reaches the boiling point. Then cook an additional 2 minutes. Separate fish into flakes. Combine all ingredients except 1/4 cups of potato chips. Pour mixture into a well greased casserole. Sprinkle top with remaining potato chips. Bake in a moderate oven (350ºF) until top is well browned, approximately 30 minutes. Serves 6.
Cook one 5oz box spaghetti tender. Add 1 can tomato sauce salt and pepper. Make meat balls as follows.
- 1 lb. ground meat
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon chili powder.
Place meat balls in skillet. Cover with spaghetti and bake in oven one hour, slow.
